Return & Exchange Policy

At Magzin, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)

Request Period:

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Returned in its original packaging with all accessories and free items.

Must not be damaged or altered.

Shipping Fees:

Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

or incorrect

You are eligible for a free return or exchange.

Conditions:

Request must be submitted within 3 days.

Clear photos must be provided.

Refunds:

Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Product Trial Guarantee (One Item Only)

Magzin offers a trial guarantee on one item only.

Conditions:

Applies to one item per order.

Can be used once per customer.

Request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Notes:

Product return may be required.

Magzin reserves the right to reject misuse.

General Notes

Used or damaged items (due to misuse) are not eligible.

Missing items (accessories/free gifts) may be deducted.

Magzin reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
