Terms & Conditions – Magzin

Welcome to Magzin. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments,

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payments are processed securely via approved gateways (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara).

Prices include VAT (15%) where applicable.

2. Shipping & Delivery,

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days.

Free shipping on orders above SAR 250.

Magzin is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

3. Returns & Exchanges,

Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless defective or incorrect).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

4. Trial Guarantee (One Item Only),

Magzin offers a trial guarantee on one item per order.

Conditions:

Applies to one item only.

Can be used once per customer.

Must be requested within 24 hours.

Magzin reserves the right to reject misuse.

5. Intellectual Property,

All content is owned by Magzin and may not be used without permission.

6. Customer Responsibility,

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details. Failed deliveries may incur re-shipping fees.

7. Limitation of Liability,

Magzin is not liable for indirect damages or misuse of products. Liability is limited to the order value.

8. Amendments,

Magzin reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
